Almost 21 months!

It has been so long since I last posted. Sawyer is now almost 21 months old.... which is almost 2!!! MY BABY IS ALMOST 2!!! Where has the time gone?!?. He is definitely the center of attention and the LOVE of my life. I have no idea what Josh and I did with out him. He is the funniest, most loving, sweetest, and liveliest little boy I have ever seen. He will count to ten (even #s to ten), repeat most letters of the alphabet ( he will say n,p,s,t,x and z) and he knows farm animals and their sounds. He will say anything and is a little jabber jaws. He will also get your attention if you are not watching him and want you to clap. He had his first case of strep right after the New Year and we found out that he weighs 27.6 lbs!! He is growing up WAY to fast. He loves books and playing outside. Here are a few picture of my baby boy! Enjoy!

Letter to Sawyer - 13 months!

Sawyer,

You are 13 months old now! I cannot believe how fast this past year went by! You are the sweetest, most loving, giggly baby. You amaze me each day of what you are doing and learning. I never imagined I could love something as much as I love you. You put a smile on my face every day and I know God has something special in store for your life. I pray daily that Daddy and I will raise you to love the Lord, guide you and teach to always do your best. I LOVE you Sawyer Powell and am glad God chose me to be your Mommy!!








About you:

You are taking a few steps, but still don’t trust yourself enough to let go.

You will eat anything- even mustard (which I despise).

You can say mama, dada, yaya, bye(and wave), pant like a dog(which is so funny), put your arms up for touchdown, when we ask if you are 1 you will hold up 1 finger, and say I (you want us to say love you)!

Sawyer 11 months

We are 2 weeks shy of Sawyer's FIRST birthday!! I cannot believe how fast this year has gone by!!! I feel as though I just had him!! He is a complete Ham and is constantly trying to make us laugh! He thinks that whenever he goes into a room people should stop and talk to him.  He will stare until they talk to him! He is a sweet baby and getting into EVERYTHING! He has 3 teeth now but is not walking.  He just doesn't trust himself yet! He had to be put in the hospital a couple of weeks ago for RSV. They are now treating him for asthma for the next year.  Breathing treatments are not fun but he is getting better.  At his last appointment on March 21st he weigh in at 21.5 lbs!!!!  He is getting to be a BIG boy!!  Here are some pictures of him lately  Enjoy!!

Sawyer 10 Months !!

Sawyer is now 10 months old!! Oh how these months have flown by!! Sawyer is now crawling and pulling up! He is getting into everything! He still has NO teeth-- I am beginning to wonder if he even has any!! ;) He loves bath time and eating everything!  Lemon and yogurt are just two of his many favorites!!  He absolutely loves going outside so glad the weather has been nice for us to enjoy it!!  He is now starting to babble -- saying dada, mama and byby! He makes noise by playing with his bottom lip! SO Funny!! We are enjoying every minute of him and loving him more each day!!  He is the sweetest baby! We don't know what we ever did without him!
