I am 29 weeks pregnant now!! I cannot believe it!! This pregnancy is going by super fast. I had a my dr. appointment this morning and Dr. Logan said that everything is looking great and Sawyer is already head down!! CRAZY!! He let us hear is heartbeat for a whole total of 5 seconds -- he was on the move!! Here is a little quiz I saw from another blog and thought I would do it just for fun!!
How far along are you? 29 weeks and 2 days
Total weight gain? 13lbs
Maternity Clothes? Yes! Almost all the time!!
just depends.
Sleep? I have to wake up to go to the bathroom about every 3 hours!! Since I now take medicine everyday I can sleep comfortably without Heartburn!!
Best Moment of the Week? hearing Sawyer's heartbeat. That is one of the most precious sounds!!
Food Cravings? The come and go!! Nothing right at the moment though!
Gender? Boy! =)
Labor Signs? A few Braxton Hicks contractions every now and again! Nothing to right home about!!
Belly Button? very ,very shallow!
Stretch Marks? None yet!!! I hope it stays that way!!
What I miss the most? sleeping on my stomach!!
What I'm looking forward to the most? Holding Sawyer, kissing those cheeks, seeing who he really looks like and getting his room ready!!
I hope everybody is enjoying this warmer weather and sunshine!! I know I am!! Hope everybody has a great weekend!!

Sawyer's Up Close and a Quick Update!
I know this is alittle late, but we have had a busy past 2 weeks!! Josh's Grandad had bypass surgery on Friday. Everything went really good and he was able to go home on Wednesday. On the Thursday before the surgery we had Sawyer's 3D/4D ultrasound. It was awesome!! He did so good and we were able to see his precious little face. Although, I have to admit it just made me want to hold him and kiss those chuby cheeks evenmore! I am 28 weeks already (7 months) and I cannot believe how fast this pregnancy has gone by!! Wednesday night Josh decided we should go out on a date since we have not been out in a while. We decided we would go to the Olive Garden. It was so good but my stomach started hurting right after I got done eating. I didn't even finish my ravioli. Needless to say, we didn't even make it home before I had to get Josh to pull over! I was so sick!! I got that nasty bug that has been going around for a few weeks now. I haven't been sick today so I hope that I am going to get back to normal soon!! I just feel so bad for Sawyer because I know this cannot be good for him. I hope everyone has a great weekend!! Here are some of the pictures from the ultrasound!!

Let It Snow!!
Yesterday morning Gunner (my bassett hound) woke me up and to my surprise I saw this

And Gunner left these behind....

Josh and I went over and had breakfast with his mom, his sister, Kaylee and KB. We had a blast playing out in the snow and even made a Deputy Sheriff Snowman!

Josh and I playing in the snow!

The snowman Emily and I made at Mom and Dad's house

My brother Tripp tubbing!!

My sister Emily tubing!!

Mom and Dad's house looking pretty in the snow!!

County Road 30!!

We enjoyed our snow day so much... well not Josh becasue he was stationed in Alaska with the Air Force for 4 years so he is OVER the snow!! I ended up going to my parents house for the rest of the day and night because I figured Josh would be working wrecks all night!! And incase you were wondering I did not participate in the tubbing activities!! We decided that we did not want Sawyer to come this early! So maybe next year! I hope everyone enjoyed the snow and everyone has a HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!

It' a ......
Boy!!! WE could not be more excited! We went to the doctor on Dec 31st and the nurse just by looking at me said "Oh I think you are having a boy." I said, "Well I think it is a girl, but really do not care the sex of the baby!" Well when she started the ultrasound the baby was asleep and had his hand up under his chin resting so cute! SHe woke him up and he started moving around. He was not shy at all and was proud to show off his "boy parts"! Everything look healthy and right on track for a June 2, 2010 due date! We have decided to name him Sawyer Hudson Powell. He is not anmed after anyone we just like these names. We are so excited to meet and hold our sweet miracle baby! I found the baby bedding at Storkland and it was on sale!! I am so ready to get the room started. Pictures of the ultrasound to come!
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year. 2009 was a great year, but I know with out a doubt that 2010 will be even better!!

Lately...
This month is just flying by!! I am happy to say that on Saturday, December 19, 2009 I will be a college graduate!! I am so excited to be finally done with school. Also, I went to my dr appointment last Thursday and Dr. Logan said that everything looks great! Mom, Emily and Tripp went with me so they could hear sweet baby's heartbeat (144-146 bmp)! It was music to my ears- very peaceful!! They drew some labs to check for Downs syndrome and other things, but I am at peace with it. We should find out he results tommorrow. In other news, I have one Christmas gift so far! I have got to get busy! Until next time... I hope everyone is enjoying the Christmas Season!!
Merry Christmas!!

What I'm Thankful for!!!!!!
This year I am thankful for many things some of them are......
My God- I am thankful that I have the freedom to worship the Almighty God. I am thankful that He gave Josh and me and precious baby to love. I am thankful for his listening ear and undying love for all of us.
My Husband- He is a providing, hard working, and loving man that is going to make a great Daddy to our baby!!
My Unborn Baby- I am thankful for this sweet baby that we know nothing about yet. I cannot wait to be a Mom and show this baby the love my parents have shown me.
My Parents- I am thankful for my parents who have provided for me, loved me, stood behind me, listened to me, and is there on matter what. They taught me that blood is thicker than water.
My Sister- I am thankful for my sister eventhough, we might not always see eye-to-eye but we do have fun. I know without a doubt that she has my back.
My Brother- I am thankful for my brother who is one of the most kindest, gentle, loving, young man I know.
My Family- Who shows support and loves me.
I hope everyone has a HAPPY THANKSGIVING and think about what you are thankful for!!
